Getting Started

The EZWebPlayer Word Press Plugin is basically a live remote database of your existing channels and videos from your EZWebPlayer account. The database is displayed as a two-tab interface and an options window inside Word Press when called for with the blue EZWebPlayer button (Step 2 below) located next to the Word Press MEDIA button at the top of the editing page of a post.

This setup procedure assumes that you already have a post or page open to edit within Word Press.

Step 1. Place your cursor where you want the video to appear.

Step 2. Click on the blue EZWebPlayer Plugin button.

Step 3. Choose either the SEARCH BY VIDEO or SEARCH BY CHANNEL tab. Choose your desired channel or video, and choose the desired EXTRA OPTIONS. Click on POST.

In the TEXT tab of the Word Press editor, the inserted player looks like this (below). In the VISUAL tab, the player is invisible and may not appear accurately until tested in PREVIEW and posted live. In some Word Press templates, the player is not accurately displayed until the post is published.

If in the TEXT tab of the Word Press editor, the inserted player looks like this (below). Step 4. Below is a sample of a fresh post that has the video player inserted at the top of the page. In this case, there is no text content typed in until after the video. The video is the first element on the page.
